By using any service at Snow Nails 4U, you agree to all rules and policies listed in this document.

If you have any questions, please ask the manager before your service begins.
Customer Rules
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the salon may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
Walk-in customers will be welcomed based on availability.
Please inform your technician if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions such as diabetes before your service begins.
To protect both you and other customers, please notify us if your nails show any unusual signs such as discoloration or damage.
Children are welcome at the salon. For safety reasons, parents/guardians are asked to keep children seated and supervised throughout their time at the salon.
Please do not bring outside food or drinks into the service area.
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the service so as not to disturb other customers.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know before leaving the salon. Once you have left, we cannot provide a refund.
Tips are not included in the service price and are always appreciated.
The salon reserves the right to refuse service to customers who behave disrespectfully toward employees or other customers.

Service Warranty Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their service. If a problem occurs due to a product defect, we are happy to assist you during the warranty period:
Warranty period: 3–7 days from the date of service. If your nails break, crack, or peel due to a product or application issue, the salon will repair them free of charge.
What is considered a product defect? Examples include nails lifting, peeling, or breaking shortly after the service without significant outside impact.
What is considered normal wear and tear? Damage caused by your normal daily activities, such as washing dishes, using chemicals, heavy work, or impact from other objects. These situations are not covered by the free warranty.
To receive warranty service, customers must return to the salon within the warranty period and provide a receipt or appointment/service information. A service fee may apply to situations that are not covered by the warranty.
